以Al-Ga-In-Bi-Pb合金为基础,添加Mg、Mn和Sn等元素制备了4种Al合金阳极,用腐蚀失重法测试了合金的自腐蚀速率,用排水法测试了合金的析氢速率.制备的Al-Ga-In-Bi-Pb系合金在5 mol/L NaOH溶液中均具有较负的开路电压(≤-1.75 V)、较低的自腐蚀速率[≤0.14 mg/(min-cm2),20℃;≤0.22 ms/(min·cm2),60℃]和析氢速率[≤0.10 ml/(rain·cm2),20℃];随着极化电位的增加,各合金均具有高的电化学活性.
