1.    Inspect the trucks for its cleanness and any sharp edges before loading. If the truck is not cleaner has nails or small pieces that will make cuts to the bags, it shall be cleaned and fixed first before loading.

2.    Check to increase the embossing area in the bags so that the friction between the bags will increase and hence will not move easily from the truck during driving.

3.    Check to reduce the net weight from 50 kg to 40 kg and keep the bag size the same.

4.    Study to increase the bag size and keep the net weight of 50 Kg the same. The idea is to have urea prills more loose inside the bags.

5.    Increase the bag thickness from 190 micron to 200 or 210 micron.
